What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Benugo Limited to the Licensing Authority of BCP Council (Poole) for a Premises Licence for the Benugo at John Lewis, Poole Retail Park, Redlands, Poole, BH12 1DN.

The application is for the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 0800 and 2300 each day.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

Representations must be received no later than 02 June 2026.

The application record may be viewed between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday at the above address or at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
