Notice of Application for Premises Licence

We TOW PATH LTD hereby make application on 30th April 2026 for a Premises Licence in respect of The Pheasant, 225 Southampton Street, Reading, Berks RG1 2RB (the application is following the lapse of premises licence numbered LP3000898). The licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried out are: Films, Indoor sports, sale of alcohol (on and off), recorded music and anything of a similar description to recorded music, Monday to Thursday 10:00 – 23:30, Friday and Saturday 10:00 – 00:30 day following and Sunday 10:00 – 23:00. Late Night Refreshment and Sunday to Thursday 23:00 – 23:30, Friday and Saturday 23:00 – 00:30 day following, Sunday 23:00 to 23:30. All on such terms and conditions as specifically set out in the application or as may be agreed.

Any person wishing to view this application may do so at Reading Borough Council by prior arrangement between the hours of 9am to 5pm please ring 0118 9373762 to make an appointment or via email to licensing@reading.gov.uk or viewed online at: https://www.reading.gov.uk/business/licences/ and following the licensing links. Any person wishing to make representation to this application must do so in writing on or before 28th May 2026 to: Reading Borough Council, Licensing Section, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading, RG1 2LU or via email to licensing@reading.gov.uk. No written representations will have personal details removed unless the licensing authority deems it appropriate to do so. Any request for personal details to be removed should be notified to the Licensing Authority at the time of making the representation.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
