NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Sophie Willingale has applied to Wiltshire Council, the Licensing Authority, for a variation of the premises licence in respect of:
Bow in the Cloud Vineyard, Noah’s Ark, Garsdon, SN16 9NS
The variation sought is to include on-sales of alcohol in addition to the existing licence, to permit tours and tastings from May to October, visitors by appointment only, and up to 5 non-consecutive one-day events per year with licensable activity until 11:00pm.
A copy of the application may be inspected at https://www.wiltshire.gov.uk/licences-permits-new/premises-applications or by emailing publicprotectionnorth@wiltshire.gov.uk.
Any representations by a Responsible Authority, Interested Party or other persons must be made in writing within 28 days of the date of this notice (by 29 May 2026) to publicprotectionnorth@wiltshire.gov.uk, or by post to: The Licensing Authority, Wiltshire Council, Public Protection, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by a fine of up to £5,000.
