What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given We Friends of the Wesley Otley have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: premises known as Otley Trinity Methodist Church, Walkergate, Otley, LS21 1HB. I intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities:

    • Sale by retail of alcohol, Every Day 10:30 - 23:00 Alcohol sold for consumption on the premises

  • Performance of dance, Performance of live music, Performance of a play and Performance of recorded music, Exhibition of a film, Every Day 10:30 - 23:00. All activities will take place Indoors.

Interested parties or responsible authorities (within the meaning of the Act) may make written representations to Leeds City Council about this application until 04.06.2026 which should be sent to the following address: Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, CivicHall, Leeds, LS1 1UR.
