An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a new Premises Licence by Bite Factory Ltd in respect of Unit 3, Hargreaves Road, SN25 5AZ
The application seeks the following licensable activities and times:
Supply of alcohol – on premises:
Monday – Sunday 10am to 11pm
The full application may be inspected at Swindon Borough Council Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH, between 09:00 and 16:30, Monday to Friday.
Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity) can make representations at any time between 09/05/2026 and 05/06/2026.
All representations must be made in writing (including email or fax) to the Licensing Authority at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
