Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Northumberland County Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Lane Nurseries, Callerton Lane, Ponteland, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE20 9EG for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00–23:00 Monday to Sunday.
A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of Northumberland County Council, Licensing Department, Business Compliance & Public Safety Unit, Public Protection Service West Hartford, Business Park, Cramlington, Northumberland, NE23 3JP or online at: https://www.northumberland.gov.uk/Business/Licences/Alcohol-entertainment.aspx
Any objections to this application must be sent in writing stating grounds of objection to The Chief Executive - Licensing Department, Business Compliance & Public Safety Unit, Public Protection Service, West Hartford Business Park, Cramlington, Northumberland, NE23 3JP Not later than 10/06/2026.
