Notice is hereby given that Karan Retail Ltd has applied to London Borough of Waltham Forest Council for a premises licence variation as follows:
- Off sales of alcohol - Monday to Sunday from 00:00 to 24:00.
- Late night refreshment - Monday to Sunday from 23:00 to 05:00.
- Update current conditions.
The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept by the Licensing Service, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, London E17 4JF. The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am – 5pm (except Bank Holidays). Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of the above activities may do so in writing to the Licensing Service, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, London E17 4JF or via email: licensing@walthamforest.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than 4th June 2026.
It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under s158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
