Application for a new Premises Licence

We, Store41 Local Ltd have applied to Cumberland Council on 30.04.26 for a new premises licence at Store 41, 41 Jane St, Workington CA14 3BW to permit the following: -The sale by retail of alcohol OFF the premises:- 07:00-23.00 Sun-Sat.

Any representations should be submitted in writing no later than 28.05.26 to: Licensing Department, Cumberland Council, Allerdale House, Workington, Cumbria CA14 3YJ or by email: licensing1@cumberland.gov.uk

The application may be viewed by appointment only at Allerdale House, New Bridge Rd, Workington CA14 3YJ 10am til 4pm, Mon to Fri. To make an appointment Tel:-0303 123 1702.

It is an offence, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
