I Catriona Morley hereby give notice that I have applied on 11th May 2026 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as:

The Hospital of St Cross & Almshouse of Noble Poverty, St Cross Road, Winchester SO23 9SD

The effect of the variation is for: Sale of Alcohol

Regulated Entertainment To include: 17:00 - 19:00hrs to 22:00 - 23:00hrs

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 7th June 2026; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants’ comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council’s website.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
