Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: ALCOHOL SALES — MONDAY TO SUNDAY 00:00 TO 00:00 HOURS AND THE PROVISION OF LATE-NIGHT REFRESHMENT — MONDAY TO SUNDAY 23:00 TO 05:00 HOURS EACH DAY.
Any responsible authority or any other person wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to LICENSING TEAM, WARWICK DISTRICT COUNCIL, TOWN HALL, PARADE, ROYAL LEAMINGTON SPA, WARKS., CV32 4AT or email licensing @warwickdc.gov.uk. Representations must be received by 4TH JUNE 2026. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, and 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on Fridays, except Bank Holidays.
It is an offence to make a false statement in connection with an application and those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction
to an unlimited fine.
