What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence 

Notice is hereby given that Joyboy Consulence Ltd has applied to Wandsworth Council to vary the premises at Mezzanine, Unit 4, 20 Totterdown Street, London, SW17 8TA.  

The variation seeks to extend the hours for the sale of alcohol, late-night refreshment and the provision of regulated entertainment (Live & Recorded Music) on Friday and Saturday nights only. Currently, these licensable activities are authorised until 01:30 hours. The application seeks to extend these hours to 02:30 hours. In relation to the licensable activities for Live music, recorded music, sale of alcohol and late night refreshment the following seasonal variation is sought - Bank Holiday Weekend Sundays 11:00-02:30. The following seasonal variation is sought in relation to the opening hours - Bank Holiday Weekend Sundays 11:00 03:00 

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 8th June 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden,Surrey,SM4 5DX or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk   

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership ( Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road,  Morden,Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council’s website www.wandsworth.gov.uk   

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application, punishable upon conviction by  an unlimited fine.
