What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34
Notice is hereby given that on the 7th May 2026 Maytree Catering Ltd applied to Hull City Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Crown and Cushion, 9 – 15 Trinity House Lane Hull HU1 2JA.
The proposed variation is ;-
1. To amend the plan of the premises to extend the premises and its licensed area into the adjacent unit.
2. To extend the hours for alcohol sales to 0800 to 0330 every day.
3. To make amendments to the conditions to reflect the 30 minutes drinking up time.
Note: The extension to alcohol sales will not change the existing opening hours or hours for any other licensable activity.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Hull City Council, Licensing Section, 33 Witham, Kingston Upon Hull HU9 1DB Email: Liquor@hullcc.gov.uk Website address: www.hullcc.gov.uk no later than 4th June 2026 stating the grounds for representations.
The register of Hull City Council the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council offices during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
