VRAJ BHOOMI RETAIL LTD is applying for the VARIATION of a Premises Licence at BUDGENS, 63 HOOPER STREET, BIRMINGHAM, B18 7AP
If GRANTED the application will allow: Extension of Alcohol Sales Hours. We hereby apply to vary the Premises Licence to extend the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 24 hours daily. Mon-Sun 0000-2400hrs

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on 28.05.2026.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
