What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston's PLC, to the Licensing Authority of Mansfield District Council for a Premises Licence for the Swan at 10 Church Street, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG18 1AE.
The application includes the following terms:
1. To enable the sale of alcohol (On and off) between10:00-00:00, Monday- Wednesday,10:00-02:00, Thursday-Saturday, 11:00-00:00 Sunday.
2. To enable Regulated Entertainment (as specified in the application) to be provided from 09:30 & from when the Premises are open for the sale of alcohol.
3. To enable the provision of late-night refreshment.
4. To permit non-standard timings for licensable activities and opening hours as specified in the application.
Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Mansfield District Council, Civic Centre, Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG18 7BH.
A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 28th May 2026 (www.mansfield.gov.uk).
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
