LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Thipiga Ltd has applied in respect of Spar 87-89 Bond Parade Dicksons Parade Chester CH2 2BT for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: For the sale and supply of alcohol (off sales) and opening hours to the public to be every day from 0600 to 2200 hours.

Full details of the application can be inspected on the licensing register during normal business hours at the address given below.

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is available for inspection at the office of The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA or can be viewed online at www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk

The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 4.00pm, except bank holidays. For further Information please email licensing@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 OBA no later than the end of 4th June 2026.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
