By combining artisan beverages with curated food and retail, we aim to create a multi-functional social hub - a modern 'third space' that fosters local connection and enhances the vitality of Writtle's historic centre. 

Sales of alcohol on & off premise between the following hours:
• Monday - Friday: 0800-2000
• Saturday: 0700-2000
• Sunday: 1000-1600

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Section, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE or by emailing licensing@Chelmsford.gov.uk by not later than 2 June (28 days after the application is submitted to Licensing).
