What is proposed?

Tessa's Tea Shop is applying to vary the premises licence for 13 High Street, Dunster, TA24 6SF.
The proposed variation is: extending hours for sales of alcohol from 12:00 - 18:00 to 12:00 - 21:00.

Or you can be make an appointment with a member of the Licensing Team to view the application in person, at the council offices at Deane House, Belvedere Road, Taunton, TA1 1HE, by phoning 0300 123 2224.
Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 03/06/2026. Representations can be made online on the 'object to a licensing application' page on the council website, or by email to environmentalhealth.west@somerset.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 on the standard scale.
