What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxygenic has applied to North Tyneside Council for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as OXYGENIC, 169- 171 Whitley Road, Whitley Bay, Tyne and Wear NE26 2DN.

The application seeks to vary the Premises Licence for the supply of alcohol and regulated entertainment including live music, recorded music and films.

The licensing register of North Tyneside Council is kept and may be inspected at Licensing Section, North Tyneside Council, The Killingworth Site, Harvey Combe, Killingworth, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 6UB, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4pm.

Representations shall be made in writing to North Tyneside Council by no later than 28 May 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
