We Msl Convenience Store Ltd hereby give notice that an application was made to Brighton & Hove City Council on the 05/05/2026 for the variation of a Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Lewes Road Convenience Store 192-193 Lewes Road, Brighton, BN2 3LA from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Retail of Alcohol for consumption off the premises between the hours of 09:00 and 01:00 hours Sunday to Thursday, and 09:00 to 02:00 Friday and Saturday. Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 to 01:00 Sunday to Thursday and 23:00 to 02:00 Friday and Saturday.
The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Brighton & Hove City Council, Licensing Team Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BQ, or online at www.brighton-hove.gov.uk.
Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section in writing within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above, or by email at EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk. The last day for representations being the 02/06/2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine.
