Notice of application for premises to be approved as a venue for civil marriages and civil partnerships
I/We, The Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment: of 10 –11 Albert Embankment, SE1 7SP have applied to the London Borough of Lambeth for approval of premises in pursuance of the above Acts as a venue where civil marriages may be solemnised and civil partnerships may be registered. The premises to which the application relates is:
The Albert Suite located in the Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment, 10 – 11 Albert Embankment, SE1 7SP
Regulations made under the above Acts state that premises can be approved by the Council if in their opinion and amongst other things:
i.They are seemly, dignified and regularly available for civil marriages/partnerships.
ii.They have adequate fire precautions, and other appropriate safety precautions.
iii.They are not used solely or mainly for religious purposes, or have been so used but have subsequently been used solely or mainly for other purposes.

Any person wishing to inspect the application and the plans of the premises may do so at the offices of the Licensing Section, London Borough of Lambeth, 3rd Floor, Civic Centre, 6 Brixton Hill, London, SW2 1EG., by appointment only. Any person may give notice of an objection to the grant of approval. Objections must be made in writing to the Licensing Section at the above address and must be received within the period of twenty-one
days beginning on the day on which this notice was published
