NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Juniper Catering Limited hereby gives notice that on 29 April 2026 an application was made to the Licensing Authority, Adur District Council, for a Premises Licence at The Flour Pot, Unit 1 Bank House, Southwick Square, Southwick, West Sussex BN42 4FN. The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises during the following hours Mon–Thu 07:30–22:00 Fri–Sat 07:30–23:00 Sun 07:30–20:00. Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to the Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils, Worthing Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing BN11 1HA or by email to licensing.unit

@adur-worthing.gov.uk.

Representations must be received no later than 27 May 2026. The application may be inspected at the above address Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 16:00.
