NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VRIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE that I Mr Hamid
have applied to Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003,
for the Variation of a premises licence in respect of premises known as
Mams House, 218 Burnley Road, OL14 8EA

Have applied for the following activities and times as stated below:
Alcohol 24hrs Mon-Sun

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the
application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the
four licensing objectives.
Applications may be viewed on our Public Register, at

www.calderdale.gov.uk


Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Registration and Licensing
Manager, Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council, Town Hall, Crossley Street, Halifax,
HX1 1UJ by 29.05.2025
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so by appointment at the
above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an
application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
