NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE that I Adam Walton have applied to Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as Unit 60, Branch Road, Barkisland, Halifax, HX4 0AD Have applied for the following activities and times as stated below:
Provision of live and recorded music from 8:00am to 11:00pm Monday-Sunday.
The sale of alcohol by retail from 8:00am to 11:00pm Monday-Sunday With the exception of 31st December until 1am.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.

Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Registration and Licensing Manager, Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council, Town Hall, Crossley Street, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 03.06.26
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so by appointment at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an
application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
