APPLICATION TO GRANT A PREMISES LICENCE
I Paul Kinsey of Harewood Group ltd, hereby give notice that we have applied for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Chi-Chi Unit 4, The Ginnel Harrogate HG1 2RB permitting the sale of liquor and provision of both live and pre recorded entertainment in the premises.
The licence if granted will permit trading on all days of the week from 10am to 4am.
A full copy of the application can be viewed at Licensing, North Yorkshire council, Civic centre, St Lukes avenue, Harrogate HG1 2AE.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with this application can do so by email:
licensing.central@northyorks.gov.uk
or in writing to The Licensing team, North Yorkshire council licencing team, PO box 787, HG1 9RW by no later than Thursday 28 th May 2026
