Notice is hereby given that Dona’s Caffe and Deli has applied to Wakefield Metropolitan District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of: Building 1, Baghill Lane, Pontefract, WF8 2HA. The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises only.

Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address. Representations must be received no later than 04/06/2026. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on summary conviction for the offence.
