What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION
OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that We, Spirit Pub Company
(Services) Limited have applied to Fylde Council on 06th
May 2026 for a variation to a premises licence to use the
premises at the: Air Balloon, Squires Gate Lane, Blackpool,
Lancashire, FY4 2QS. The application is to vary the hours
for sale of alcohol and opening from 08:00am daily. No
changes to end times, non-standard timings or other
licensable activities. For further details, please view the
application. Any person who wishes to make a
representation in relation to this application must give
notice in writing of their representation by 03rd June 2026
stating the grounds for making said representation to the:
Licensing Team, Fylde Borough Council, Town Hall,
Lytham St Annes, FY8 1LW or email

licensing@fylde.gov.uk

The application may be viewed at the above offices by
appointment during normal office hours or view online at

www.fylde.gov.uk


The Licensing Authority must receive representations by
the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have
regard to any such representation in considering the
application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the
Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in or in connection with an application for
premises licence and the maximum fine on summary
conviction is unlimited.
