To whom it may concern: (Gilberts Café Bar) Hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Wyre Council for the variation of Premises Licence ref: (PL(A)2063) at 9 Castle Gardens Crescent, Poulton-le-fylde, Lancashire. FY6 7NJ
The variation is to:- Include the second floor to sell alcohol, and play recorded music
Any person wishing to make representations on this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Wyre Council, Civic Centre, Breck Road, Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 7PU no later than 09/06/2026. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours.
