What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE  

West Indian Association of Service Personnel (Mr Sydney Marshall) has applied to the London Borough of Lambeth for the grant of a Premises 
Licence, in respect of the following premises:  West Indian Association of Service Personnel 161-167 Clapham Manor Street Clapham London SW4 6DB which would authorise the following licensable activities:  

• Supply of Alcohol  Plays, Films, Indoor Sports, Live Music, Recorded   Music, Performances of Dance, Provision of Facilities for Dancing:

Sunday: 10:00hrs — 22:00hrs  
Monday to Wednesday: 10:00hrs — 23:00hrs  
Thursday 10.00hrs — 23:59hrs  
Friday and Saturday: 10:06hrs — 01.30hrs  

Late Night Refreshment:

Thursday: 23:00hrs — 23:59hrs  
Friday and Saturday: 23:00hrs  — 01:30hrs  

The record of this application may be inspected during normal office hours by an appointment at the Licensing Section, London Borough of Lambeth Town Hall, Basement Room B08 & B09, 1 Brixton Hill, London, SW2 1RW, or via the licensing authority’s website, at www.lambeth.gov.uk/licensing 

A responsible authority or any other person may make representation to the licensing authority in respect of this application.  

Representations must be made in writing, either by post to the above address, or by email to licensing@lambeth.gov.u and must be received no later than 04.06.2026 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for that offence shall not exceed level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
