LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT The Old Vic Theatre Trust 2000 has applied to London Borough of Lambeth on 05 May 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at The Old Vic Theatre 103 The Cut London SE1 8NB for the provision of regulated entertainment (Plays, Films, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance, Entertainment Similar to Music/Dance) Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 02:00 and Sundays 09:00 - 00:30, the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Saturday 23:00 to 02:00 and Sundays 23:00 to 00:30 and the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 02:00 and Sundays 09:00 to 00:30, with non-standard timings, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, London Borough of Lambeth 3rd Floor, Civic Centre, 6 Brixton Hill, London, SW2 1EG, or by email to licensing@lambeth.gov.uk  or via the licensing authority’s website, at www.lambeth.gov.uk/licensing  to be received by no later than 02 June 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation. 
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.lambeth.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
