NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF AMPLIFIED MUSIC UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Sporting Family Change applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council on Thursday 30th April 2026, for a licence to use the premises at Bath Recreation Ground, Pulteney Mews, Bathwick, Bath BA2 4DS for the use of amplified music 10am to 11pm.

Performance of Live Music (Outdoors) Saturday, 11:00 to 17:00
Performance of Recorded Music (Outdoors) Saturday, 10:00 to 23:00

Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at www.bathnes.gov.uk/public-registers.

Representations should be made in writing to: Bath & North East Somerset Council Licensing Services Lewis House Manvers Street Bath BA1 1JG or by email to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk by Thursday 28th May.

Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
