Notice is hereby given that Sefton Padel Limited of 3rd Floor Pacific Chambers, 11-13 Victoria Street, Liverpool, L2 5QQ has applied to Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council for a premises licence in respect of Birkdale Padel Club, Victoria Park, Rotten Row, Birkdale, Southport, PR8 2BZ. The licensable activities applied for are the sale of alcohol (Monday-Sunday 10:00-22:00) and the provision of recorded music (Monday-Sunday 08:00- 22:00).

Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at: EPD Environment, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle, L20 3NJ or by email to licensing@sefton.gov.uk by 3 June 2026.

It is an offence to make a frivolous or vexatious representation.
