To whom it may concern: I, Philip Rasanayagam Constantine do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at The London Borough of Bromley for a variation of Premises Licence at: 57 Mountfield Way, Orpington BR5 3NR and known as C.J.C TWO, St Mary Cray Post Office. The application is to: Sale of alcohol (off sales) – Monday to Sunday – 05:30 to 23:00.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing, London Borough of Bromley, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley BR1 1AS, and may also be sent via email to licensing@bromley.gov.uk not later than 01/06/2026. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours; or on the Council's website: www.bromley.gov.uk (search applications).
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary of conviction is unlimited.
