Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence

TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a premises licence for Furze Wren, 1 Mayplace Road West, Bexleyheath, Kent, DA7 4JB. The application seeks to vary the Premises Licence as detailed below:-

1. To extend the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol on Fridays and Saturdays until 0045;

2. To extend the terminal hour for Late Night Refreshment on Fridays and Saturdays until 0045;

3. To extend the terminal hour for film on Fridays and Saturdays until 0045;

4. To extend the opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays until 0100.

The application also seeks to vary the wording of Condition 7 in Annex 3 of the Premises Licence as detailed in the application. The application also seeks to vary the plan attached to the Premises Licence. The postal address of the relevant licensing authority is set out below and a record of the application may be inspected there during normal office hours Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm or emailing licensing@sevenoaks.gov.uk at any time. A person who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Section, Sevenoaks District Council, Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1HG. Written representations must be received no later than 4th June 2026.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application which, upon conviction, carries an unlimited fine.
