To whom it may concern: We Cue Station Ltd do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at: 1 Church Road, Exmouth, Devon, EX8 1RZ and known as The Old Fire Station / Cue Station
The application is to apply to authorise the following licensable activities:-
The supply alcohol for consumption on premises: Monday to Thursday and Sunday 10am – 11pm. Friday and Saturday 10am – Midnight.
-The provision of recorded music: Monday to Thursday and Sunday 9am – 11pm. Friday and Saturday 9am – Midnight.
-The provision of indoor sports: Monday to Thursday and Sunday 9am – 11pm. Friday and Saturday 9am – Midnight.
-Premises opening hours: Monday to Thursday and Sunday 9am – 11.30pm. Friday and Saturday 9am – 00:30.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 27th May 2026
Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
