We, Dartmouth Rugby Football Club do hereby give notice that on 8 May 2026 we applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council for a new Club Premises Certificate at Lifeboat Station, Coronation Park, North Embankment, Dartmouth, TQ6 9RR.
The application is for: supply and consumption of alcohol on/off the premises. Monday to Thursday 18:00 - 22:00 Friday & Saturday 12:00 - 23:00 Sunday 12:00 - 22:00 Opening Hours: Monday to Thursday 12:00 - 22:30 Friday to Saturday 12:00 - 23:30. Sunday 09:00- 22:30
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, TQ9 5NE or by email to licensing@swdevon.gov.uk .
Representations must be received NO LATER than 05 June 2026. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
