What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Bird House Brewing Company Ltd to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Southwark for a Premises Licence for Birdy's, 15 Norwood Road, Herne Hill, London, SE24 9AA.
The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and  off the premises and late-night refreshment between 1000 and midnight Sundays to Thursdays and 1000 and 0100 Fridays and Saturdays.
Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Southwark, Southwark Licensing Team, Community Safety EHTS, 3rd Floor, Hub 2, London, PO BOX 64529, SE1 5LX.  A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 2nd June 2026 (www.southwark.gov.uk )
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with a Licence Application.  The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
