PUBLIC NOTICE - Licensing Act 2003

We Speedlink Services Ltd, have made an application to Southwark Council for a new Premises Licence at Empire Lounge, Unit 1 & 2, 777 Old Kent Road, London, SE15 1NZ to: 1. Permit the sale and supply of alcohol by retail and the provision of recorded music Monday & Tuesday from 11:00hrs-00:00hrs, Wednesday & Sunday from 11:00hrs-01:00hours, Thursday from 11:00hrs-02:00hrs and Friday & Saturday from 11:00hrs-04:00hrs the fo lowing day; 2. Permit the provision of late-night refreshment Monday & Tuesday from 23:00hrs-00:00hrs, Wednesday & Sunday from 23:00 hrs-01:00hrs, Thursday from 23:00 hrs-02:00hrs and Friday & Saturday from 23:00hrs-04:00hrs the fo lowing day; 3. A low the premises to be open to members of the public Monday & Tuesday from 11:00 hrs-00:30, Sunday & Wednesday from 11:00hrs-01:30hrs, Thursday from 11:00hrs-02:30hrs and Friday & Saturday from 11:00hrs-04:30hrs the following day; 4.To a low for non-standard timings on notable days as applied. A register of all applications made within the Southwark area is maintained by: The Licensing Service, Hub 1, 3rd Floor, 160 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QH. A record of this application may be inspected by visiting the office during normal office hours by appointment or on the council website at
http://app.southwark.gov.uk  It is open to any interested party to make representations about the likely effect of the application on the promotion of the licensing objectives. Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Service at the office address given above (or by email via
licensing@southwark.gov.uk ). Such representation must be received in writing by 3rd June 2026. Representations received after this date wi l not be considered.

IT IS AN OFFENCE, LIABLE ON CONVICTION TO AN UNLIMITED FINE, UNDER SECTION 158 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003 TO MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS APPLICATION.
