Notice is hereby given that, we, Lldl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Pembrokeshire County Council for a Premises Licence for Lldl Great Britain Limited, Great North Road, Milford Haven, SA73 2NA for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Office (address below) or online at www. pembrokeshlre.gov.uk/llcenslng. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Lead Licensing Officer, Public Protection Division, County Mall, Haverfordwest. SA61 1TP or by email to licensing@pembrokeshire.gov.uk by no later than 04/06/2026
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
