To whom it may concern:

We Exmouth Town Council do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new time-limited Premises Licence at: Manor Gardens, Exmouth, EX8 1NZ and known as Manor Gardens

The application is to: Apply to authorise the following licensable activities:

Regulated Entertainment and opening hours:

Friday 10th July 14:00 to 22:30

Saturday 11th July 10:00 to 22:30

Sunday 12th July 10:00 to 22:00

The supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises:

Friday 10th July 14:00 to 22:00

Saturday 11th July 10:00 to 22:00

Sunday 12th July 10:00 to 22:00

and: The Strand, Exmouth, EX8 1AB and known as The Strand

The application is to: Apply to authorise the following licensable activities:

Regulated entertainment & opening hours:

Friday 10th July: 17:00 to 22:00

Saturday 11th July 10:00 to 21:00

Sunday 12th July 10:00 to 20:00

The supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises:

Friday 10th July: 17:00 to 22:00

Saturday 11th July 10:00 to 21:00

Sunday 12th July 10:00 to 20:00

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than Friday 5th June 2026

Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
