Empress Road - Application For Premises Licence

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

We, Battle of Britain Dodgems Ltd Hereby give notice that we have applied to Southampton City Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Unit 3 Imperial Park, Empress Road, Southampton SO14 0JW. The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities: Mon - Sun 10-10pm

• The sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption on the premises)
• The provision of regulated entertainment, consisting of

(b) an exhibition of a film

(f) any playing of recorded music

The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays o Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register

Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY, via Public Access (www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register) or licensing@southampton.gov.uk so as to be received by them between the 30 April 2026 and 28 May 2026

Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine.
