Notice is hereby given that Daniel Sbhatlab of 41 River View, Sturry, Kent, CT2 0PA, has applied to Canterbury City Council for the GRANT OF A NEW PREMISES LICENCE in respect of sale of alcohol on and off the premises between from Monday to Sunday between 10:00 to 01:00 (next day) hours for the premises Diamond Shisha Lounge situated at 1A Kirby Lane, Canterbury, CT2 8AG.

Any person wishing to submit representations to my/our application must give notice in writing to the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 08.06.2026.
The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain.
Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. In the case of an application for a provisional statement, please note that representations will be restricted once a statement has been issued.
