NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34
Notice is hereby given that on the 07.05.2026 St Enodoc Hotel Limited applied to Cornwall Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises St Enodoc Hotel, Rock, Wadebridge, Cornwall PL27 6LA. The proposed variation is ;-
1. To amend the layout plan annexed to the premises licence to include the external gardens/terrace within the licensable area.
2. To remove the outdated Christmas Day and Good Friday non-standard hours from the licence.
3. To add some new additional conditions to the Premises Licence. 4. To add Regulated Entertainment (recorded and live music and anything similar) to the licensable activities on the Premises Licence).
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk no later than 04.06.2026 stating the grounds for representations.
The register of Cornwall Council and the record of the application may be inspected at Licensing Authority, Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment.

The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
