What is proposed?
Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Epic Bars and Clubs Ltd in respect of premises to be known as Labyrinth, 32 Derrys Cross, Plymouth, PL1 2SW, applied to Plymouth City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is to seek approval of the Ground Floor plan and to extend the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol on & off the premises and the provision for regulated entertainment (to include live music and recorded music) from the current hours of Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 03:00 the following morning to the proposed hours of Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 04:00 the following morning.
To extend the permitted hours for Late Night Refreshment from the current hours of Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 03:30 the following morning to the proposed hours of Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 04:30 the following morning.
The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 10:00 t0 04:30 the following morning.
To remove and amend conditions of the Premises Licence which relate to delivery of food & alcohol, food menu’s and PubWatch and to add conditions relating to last entry time and dispersal of customers.
