What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Clokken Limited has applied in respect of Kentucky Fried Chicken, 326 North End Road, London, SW6 1NF for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

To extend the premises opening hours and the hours when the premises is permitted to provide Late Night Refreshment on Fridays and Saturdays by 30 minutes.

The new hours are as follows: Opening Hours - 09:30 to 23.30 Sunday – Thursday (no change), 09.30 to 00.00 Friday – Saturday (currently 23.30).

Late Night Refreshment - 23:00 to 23.30 Sunday – Thursday (no change), 23:00 to 00:00 Friday – Saturday (currently 23.30).

To amend the premises licence conditions. Conditions relating to litter patrols and fire safety are to be removed from the licence (conditions 5, 6 & 15) and replaced with new conditions.

To amend the premises licence plan. The current plan will be removed and replaced with drawing number FL26-KC/L100 as submitted with the application.

Anyone wishing to make a representation about this application must give notice in writing specifying the grounds of representation to licensing@lbhf.gov.uk or via our register: www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing

Persons making representations will be invited to attend a public hearing before a Licensing Sub Committee of the Council.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
