Marston's PLC - Sutton Road - Variation to Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the
Licensing Authority of Mansfield District Council to vary
the Premises Licence for the Sir John Cockle at Sutton
Road, Mansfield, Notts, NG18 5EU. The application
includes the following terms:- 1. To bring forward the
commencement time for retail sale of alcohol to 08:00
hours daily. 2. To permit opening of the premises from
08:00 hours daily. 3. To remove non standard timing for
Christmas Day. Full details of the Application can be
viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at
Mansfield District Council, Civic Centre, Chesterfield Road
South, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG18 7BH. A
responsible authority or any other person can make written
representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up
to and including 3rd June 2026 (

The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
