Industrial Estate, Scafell Road, Lytham St Annes,
FY8 3HE
Notice is given that Ace Padel 2 Limited has
applied to Borough of Fylde Licensing Authority for
a Grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing
Act 2003.The Licensable activities are: Supply of
alcohol / Recorded Music
Anyone who wishes to make representations
regarding this application must give notice in
writing to: Licensing Department, Fylde Borough
Council, Town Hall, Lytham St. Annes FY8 1LW or
by email to:

licensing@fylde.gov.uk.

Representations may be made for 28 consecutive
days from the date of this notice. The Application
Record and Register may be viewed between 9am
& 5pm Monday to Friday at the above address or
at -

www.fylde.gov.uk.


It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application and
the maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5
on the standard scale (£5000).
