NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE


Notice is hereby given that: AZHAA FAST FOODS LTD has applied to Luton Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: Morley’s Fried Chicken, 24 Chapel Street, Luton, LU1 5SE
The application is to permit the following licensable activity: Provision of Late Night Refreshment (Indoors): Monday to Wednesday: 23:00 – 02:00, Thursday to Sunday: 23:00 – 03:00
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to:
Licensing Service, Luton Borough Council, Town Hall, George Street, Luton, LU1 2BQ

Representations must be received no later than: 21 May 2026
A copy of the application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority during normal working hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
