NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application to vary a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Sibsey Village Hall Management Committee to East Lindsey District Council in respect of premises known as Sibsey Village Hall which is situated at Frithville Road, Sibsey, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE22 0ST. A brief description of the proposed variation, is as follows:
To extend the licensing hours on a Saturday from 09.00 to 00.00 to cover off sales at our
Farmers Market and to cover any potential wedding bookings.
The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, LN9 6PH, by prior appointment (email:
during normal office hours. Any representations by interested parties or Responsible Authorities regarding the application must be made in writing or email to the Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council at the above address by 2nd June 2026.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the Standard Scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the variation application.
