Notice is hereby given that BEN CHIPPY & KABAB LTD has applied to Manchester City Council for a Premises Licence for BEN CHIPPY, 314 MOSTON LANE, MANCHESTER, M40 9WB.

The proposed application is for the provision of Late Night Refreshment (serving hot food and drink for consumption on and off the premises, including delivery services) during the following hours: Monday to Sunday, 23:00 to 05:00.

Please Note: There will be NO sale of alcohol and NO regulated entertainment (such as music or dancing) on the premises. The business operates strictly as a food takeaway and delivery service, specializing in hot food (including fresh roti).The licensing register can be viewed by appointment; please contact premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk.

Any representations shall be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the same email address. Representations must be received no later than 08/06/2026.It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003.

A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
