What is proposed?

Application has been made by Vine Charlecote Limited to the Licensing Authority of Stratford upon Avon District Council (www.stratford.gov.uk) to vary the Premises Licence for the Clarion Hotel
Charlecote Pheasant (formerly The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel) at Charlecote Road, Charlecote, Warwick, CV35 9EW. The application includes the following terms:
1. To permit sale of alcohol to residents of the hotel and bona fide guests at all times.
2. To extend the terminal hour for late night refreshment Mondays to Saturdays until 02:00 the following mornings.

The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:00 and 09:00 to 16:30 on Fridays, except bank holidays.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
